Our Services

Do you offer wiper blades?

Yes, we offer quality Safelite advanced memory curve beam blades or Safelite standard flat blades, for an additional cost at the time of service. We install them for free when we repair or replace your glass.

Because most major driving decisions are based on having a clear, unobstructed view, experts recommend replacing your windshield wipers every six months or 6,000 miles. Continuing to drive with worn or damaged blades can damage your windshield, so it's important to ensure you have adequate blades when you have your windshield repaired or replaced.

Can I purchase wipers for a vehicle that doesn’t have glass damage?

Yes, you can purchase Safelite wipers for your vehicle and pick them up at any Safelite AutoGlass location, to order online visit Amazon.

Can you repair or replace my sunroof?

Absolutely, Unlike Safelite, we can replace your sunroof. Find out more here.

Do you offer window tinting services?

We do have window tinting services. Find out more here.

What is the difference between OEM and OEE auto glass?

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) auto glass is made by the same manufacturer as your original glass. Original Equipment Equivalent (OEE) auto glass is made to the same standards, but by a different manufacturer. Our customers can choose OEM or OEE prior to service.

Do you offer a guarantee on your work?

Will Your Insurance Cover Windshield Replacement or Repair

Will my insurance cover my broken auto glass?

If you have comprehensive coverage you will only be responsible for your deductible.

Will checking my deductible or inquiring about auto glass claims raise my insurance rates?

Asking your insurance provider about your policy coverage and deductibles is generally not considered a claim. To be certain, please refer to your insurance policy.

Will filing an auto glass claim count towards my insurance policy?

In many cases, insurance companies will not count auto glass damage as a claim on your policy. To be certain, please refer to your policy or contact your agent and/or insurance provider to confirm your specific auto glass coverage.

What if I only have liability coverage?

While we do offer deductible assistance up to $250, but  liability insurance only provides coverage for damages to another vehicle, auto glass services are not covered under your liability policy. Phoenix Auto Glass offers multiple payment options including cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Will all insurance companies waive my deductible if my windshield is repaired rather than replaced?
